Herbed Chèvre with Honey

So what to do with all the beautiful herbs you have grown your garden?  Mix it with cheese, of course!

Just purchase a log of chèvre, cut up the herbs, mix it together with your hands, and shape it in a ball! Then drizzle some honey on top and serve with sliced baguette or crackers.

I used chives, oregano, thyme and winter savory.  I chopped up this whole handful but only mixed in a little less than half.  Honey is also optional... the herbed chèvre is good by itself too.
